La new basic vocational training that introduces the Organic Law for the Improvement of Educational Quality (Lomce) will have 14 degrees of a total of 2000 hours each, which means two full-time academic courses.
These cycles will begin to be implemented in the 2014-2015 academic year for students between 15 and 17 years old who have already completed 3 of ESO or second (exceptionally), upon recommendation of the teaching team and with the consent of parents, tutors or emancipated student.
Having a basic VET degreeIn addition to being good and having a degree, it allows access to intermediate FP cycles and to take the final ESO evaluation to have a high school graduate.

- Upholstery and Curtains
- Glass and Pottery
The courses will be compulsory in certain centers of the Autonomous Communities, as well as free. Its duration can be extended by three in training cycles included in FP Dual.
Those over 18 years of age may take tests to obtain a basic professional title directly, and those over 22 years of age with professional skills through certificates, evaluation or accreditation may also have it.
