La Social and Labor Foundation of Almería 2011 begins with three Occupational Trainer courses that aim to train the unemployed. Each of the courses has a numerus clausus of 15 seats with a duration of 260 theoretical hours and 90 practical hours being composed of 9 training modules.
With these training courses, what is intended is that training actions can be planned that allow the acquisition of professional skills by the unemployed beneficiaries. The budget for the courses comes from the Employment Department of the Andalusian Government and from the European Social Fund.
Among the subjects that will be taught is the programming of the teaching process and learning that allows the application of techniques and skills, didactic interaction, autonomous learning strategies, orientation and training follow-up. An important part of the training is oriented towards evaluation.
Within this section - evaluation - it will be taught how design tests and examine training actions. Finally, a module on Innovation and Teaching Updating will be given, through which students will learn to develop strategies that allow the improvement of the quality of training.
Those interested in this training action can obtain more information at the headquarters of the Fundación Almería Social y Laboral, located at the Doctor Barraquer street number 21. You can also contact the Foundation on the phone 950 24 31 08.
