The municipal training program for workers and the unemployed ALMUFORMA 2011 has just been presented, under the slogan "I want to work, I need to learn." This plan was born with the intention of increasing the qualification of people already employed and ensuring that the companies of the municipality of Almuñecar can face the challenges that the labor market demands in our country today.
The new plan was presented by the mayor of Almuñecar, Juan Carlos Benavidez, the first deputy mayor of the Granada town, Antonio Díaz, and the councilor for Development and Employment of said corporation, Daniel Barbero. In the presentation of the plan, the content of the program has been shown, with the intention of encouraging local job seekers to sign up for them.
The unemployed of Almuñecar are in luck after one of the largest hotel chains in the world has decided to open in this town on the tropical coast on first 7-star hotel in our country. City council sources encourage the use of the construction of the Bahía Fenicia Resort to generate synergies that allow the economic development of the town as well as its region.
The construction is expected to generate a high level of employment both during its construction and later with all the services generated around the Bahía Fenicia Resort. Only within the hotel staff is it expected to generate 600 direct jobs, but for this the residents of Almuñecar will have to demonstrate that they are sufficiently prepared to work in them.
