Many students lock themselves in their books during the exam period. However, positive habits are very healthy during this period. Taking care of yourself physically and mentally will help you better cope with frequent effort:
1. Avoid study at night. Organize your study time so that you can enjoy your well-deserved night's rest. Take advantage of the hours of natural light to study better.
2. Start the day with a Good breakfast and dismiss the day with a light dinner.
