Foreign Opponents

This post is dedicated to foreign opponents. Foreigners can also take the oppositions, although they must meet some necessary requirements. Now I will explain who can access.

If the person is from a Member State of the European Union, they can take all competitions called by Public Administrations, except in this case:

However, if the position in question implies the exercise of public powers or responsibility in the safeguarding of public interests, access is reserved to personnel with Spanish nationality. That is, the positions available in the Armed forces, State Security Forces and Bodies, constitutional bodies, State Council, Bank of Spain and Defense Information Center. (Source: UNIVERSIA)

Non-EU members can access oppositions for Labor Personnel, but they have to be in one of these assumptions:

- Status of temporary residence
- Status of permanent residence.
- Dispose of authorization to reside and work.
