News: 17 years later some oppositions are solved

Finally, after 17 years waiting to be able to apply for a position that was their rightful choice, having passed some competitive examinations, the opponents will be able to have the position, although many of those affected already have other jobs or are even retired.

What has happened? Well, the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA), after 17 years, has resolved the appeals against administrative oppositions of the Andalusian Health Service.

The offer was 1045 places for non-sanitary personnel of the SAS for internal promotion, announced in July 1991 by the Board, which was the subject of a first appeal. The second call, in 1996, was also appealed. The examinations were finally held and the SAS awarded the jobs in March 2001. But the list of admitted applicants was also appealed.

Hopefully this helps you take note that it cannot take so long to solve some resources that mean the daily bread of a family.
