People no longer want to study to be a civil servant

Official

A few years ago, be official it looked like something wonderful. A job that not only guaranteed continuity, but also the possibility of earning a good salary without the need to take too much risk. But the crisis has changed many things. And there is, of course, the fact of wanting or not to study to access a public position.

Before, studying for a year or two and then entering the corresponding job bank also meant, at least, that you were going to work. Now that is no longer the case. You study, you pass the exams and you enter a job pool from which you may never be selected. It all depends on the places that are called. And that has made many people decide don't waste your time into something that might not even provide them with new job opportunities.

There are not few people who have decided play safe, which will really give them work. They study well, get a certain degree, and then hit the job market. It is clear that depending on the sector they will have one or another opportunity, but the truth is that with good training, and in the right places, the offers will rain. More than anything because the companies themselves are interested.

People already does not want to study to be civil servants because that does not guarantee that they will go to work. Now, what they are doing is investing their time in something that is going to provide them with real results. Something completely normal, by the way.
