The bases do not specify everything

We all know that the characteristics of each opposition are always reflected in the corresponding bases, which are published in the Official State Gazette or the Official Gazette of the Province .

I understand that, when you ask for any information related to any opposition to the organism that summons it, and it refers you to its bases, all the necessary information appears on them to be admitted to your list of applicants, the composition of the tribunal, the tests, the assessment of merits, the qualification ...But this is not so!

In the world of oppositions there is a lot of politics, and If something does not appear conveniently detailed in the bases, they will resolve the registration instances as best interests, according to the availability of interns who are available.

An example would be the case of competitive examinations that require an official medical certificate. The bases clearly mention the text that must be reflected in said certificate, but they do not refer to the fact that the date of issue must be after the day the bases are published in the BOE or BOP. Then, the members of the court will remove people from the list by excluding them for "have the official medical certificate dated prior to the publication of the bases«.

As always, there are things to criticize ...

Well yes Suki, the problem comes when the information is ambiguous so as not to put it in small print and thus act as it suits them ... There are always tricks with which they will surprise us. Thanks for your comments 😉
