The call for Justice 2015 is delayed until October

The Ministry of Justice delays the convocation of the oppositions of Justice until the entry into force of the reform of the Organic Law of the Judicial Power.

At the beginning of May, union sources echoed the information given by the Ministry of Justice and announced the imminent call for Justice for June and September. However, due to changes in the Organic Law of the Judicial Power (LOPJ), the call will not be published before October.

Recently, the Ministry of Justice has announced the delay of both calls until the entry into force of the LOPJ, which will arrive on October 1, 2015.

The point is that both Royal Decree 1451/2005 of December 7, as well as the LOPJ in its article 485, provide that "the selection processes will include the completion of a theoretical-practical course or a selective internship period ”.

"We have an alert service available to students, so this has not caught them off guard, although it is true that the first impression of many has been of confusion.

Also, Plo sees it as advantageous:

"The delay in the publication of the call is fully justified and this will occur yes or yes, only a little later than expected. At the end of the day, this is an advantage for them, as they have a little more time to prepare ”.
