The program «Accredit» comprises a series of actions aimed at academically recognize the professional competencies of workers who, due to their professional experience (or by learning in other non-regulated environments), have reached certain knowledge. They will co-finance the project on Ministry of Education of our country together with the Ministry of Labor Spanish.
It is estimated that in total, approximately some 60.000 Professionals, between 25 and 64 years old, distributed among all the Spanish communities, who will be summoned to the accreditation tests, through which their academic skills will be officially recognized. This will mean that they can aspire to better working conditions since academically they will have a greater number of degrees.
El professional accreditation program «Acredita» it will have a total of twenty million euros and what has already been recently approved by the Council of Ministers is its distribution among the different autonomous communities. «Accredit» is already underway, as it is expected that the measures aimed at such a project will begin to be carried out in 2011.
During this year precisely the professional areas benefited, and as long as others are not considered with greater preference, they will be Hospitality and Tourism, Repair and maintenance of vehicles or Infant Education, among others, and always subject, as we have already said, to the gradual incorporation of other specialties in function of the criterion of each autonomy.
It is great news for all / as those / as Professionals that they have been exercising different functions within competencies that are academically recognized and that because they have not had access to the official media they have accumulated enough experience, skills and talent enough to be able to be valued in the same way as well.
