Keep your mind awake

  1. Get plenty of rest and the number of hours needed. In order for your mind to be active and awake in the morning, you must get a good night's rest. If you rest the number of hours your body needs, you will wake up rested and full of vitality to face a new day with enthusiasm.
  2. Like fruit and vegetables. These are rich in vitamins and nutrients that help us to have energy during the day and to have a more clear and awake mind.
