Murcia offers more than 10.400 training places in more than 460 courses for teachers and signs collaboration agreements to increase the offer and diversify it.
There are 467 courses for teachers that are offered, according to the Regional Plan for Teacher Training, but there are also several organizations that sign a collaboration agreement to offer this type of training. With this we could speak of 766 training courses, to which we must add those of various institutions and unions.
What is sought with this is to obtain a higher quality of teaching, since teachers are precisely the fundamental pillar on which education in the region is sustained. For this reason, they must have sufficient knowledge and tools to continue their training process with which to provide higher quality to their training activities. This should also be the case in management and center management positions.
Some things that you want to improve They are language proficiency, didactic and scientific performance, information and communication technologies, attention to diversity, innovation, research, school coexistence, promoting reading, health education, professional resources and more.
Alliances and collaboration agreements are already being created that will help increase courses, diversify them and improve the supply of teacher training, and more collaboration agreements will be signed in the coming weeks. This year's budget for this purpose is more than 1.000.000 euros.
