What is the AFIM Foundation?
The AFIM Foundation has the words Help, Training and Integration of the Disabled. It is a private, non-profit foundation, of a pure charitable care nature, dedicated to young people and the elderly and to the group of people with physical, intellectual, sensory and mental disabilities. It was classified as a pure and mixed Charitable Assistance Foundation by Order of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
Requirements to apply for your scholarship and take your courses
- The scholarships are for young people between 18 and 35 years old, from Spain, Latin America and Spanish speakers from all over the world.
- Each scholarship consists of a free-choice course to be chosen by the scholarship recipient, from among the more than 100 that are in the Catalog of Courses available to the training platform. Once the course has been selected and the application submitted, it cannot be changed for a different one.
- Each person may opt for as many scholarships as they wish, being able to choose a single course in each scholarship and must be in possession and add to each new application their official file number that will be provided with the first application.
- Only once the scholarship has been awarded, will you have to single payment of 8 euros for management and administration expenses.
- Each scholarship has a duration of 3 calendar months from the date of granting the scholarship, during which time the scholarship recipient will have access to the online training platform to take the course they have selected.
- Once each course is finished, the grantee will be able to print the Diploma accrediting Training without Barriers of the course taken. If, additionally or optionally, the student wishes some other type of certification or diploma, it carries a fee of 20 euros each. You must request it directly from Formación Sin Barreras.
