Because it makes us reach extreme situations and make mistakes that we would not make if we were calm. Due to stress we will, on many occasions, be forced to rest. And that will prevent us from continuing to study.

Of course, we have to see life from two points of view: when we are calm and when we are stressed. In the event that we are calm there will be no major problems. We will study normally, allocating the necessary amount of time for each activity. The situation will change completely if we are nervous or stressed. When we reach these limits, the truth is that it will be impossible for us to study in a normal and ordinary way.

To give you an idea of ​​what it can happen to us, stress could cause us to have to drop out of school, fall into depression, not feel strong enough to face exams, or even be unhappy with what we are doing. It is clear that these are not good feelings, leading us to a life that could become disastrous.

Our main recommendation is quite clear: when you feel that you are nervous, whatever the reason, try to keep calm. If you are not able to do it on your own, you can resort to some type of natural remedy, or even discuss it with your doctor. In any case, do not let stress be part of your life, as it could do you a lot of harm.
