Not everything is limited to studies

In the blog we have always made a very special section: study everything you can to get the best grades. But we have also commented on a very important thing: do not dedicate all the tiempo to this task. Although it is true that it is very important that we pass the different subjects, it is also true that we have to take care of our health and, therefore, we should not invest all the time we have to review the different syllabi.

One thing does not remove the other. Although we study for a long time, it is also advisable to save a sufficient portion to carry out other types of activities. For example, we will have to allocate a few hours to rest, a little time to disconnect, etc. This, in addition, will help you mentally, since your brain will be able to receive a rest.

Not everything is limited to studies, nor is everything limited to work. In general, we must carry a Healthy life, since excess in any activity could be quite harmful. Of course, the same thing happens at the opposite extreme: studying or working little also has its risks, so it is not recommended that we do it either.

For the rest, the next time you feel bad or you are studying a lot, keep in mind that the most advisable thing would be that you take a rest. Do not forget this recommendation, as it will be very useful in different aspects of life.

Also think about what we have told you. All activities, both in excess and doing it minimally, can give us results negligible or harmful. Pay special attention to this aspect.
