FOREM Canary Islands, a non-profit foundation that depends on CC. OO. is about to organize a completely free internet introductory course. It should be remembered that FOREM is a collaborating center of the Canarian Employment Service. The recipients of the course will be unemployed from La Gomera and will be taught in San Sebastián de La Gomera from November 15 to 26 and from 8:30 to 14:30.
The internet initiation course is included in the Training Plan for Employment 2010 (FPE 2010). The course is funded by the Canarian Employment Service, the State Public Employment Service and co-financed by the European Social Fund.
Students registered outside of San Sebastián de La Gomera will have at their disposal a scholarship for transportation that allows them to attend training free of charge. Those students with disabilities will also receive scholarships and efforts will be made as far as possible to have aid for conciliation.
Places are limited due to which it is necessary to register either by calling 012 or at offices that FOREM CANARIAS has in San Sebastián de La Gomera. In order to participate in the course it is necessary to be registered as a job seeker in the Canary Islands Employment Service.
