FREE course for an optical establishment assistant

We offer you below a good option to train in the optics sector and aspire to a job in one of its establishments, as an assistant. This course is taught by «GASSET training center», located in Malaga, although the modality is a distance, so you can follow it perfectly and comfortably from your home. The total duration of the course is 80 hours and is subsidized by the European Social FundThe only requirement being to be an active worker registered with Social Security.

It is recommended for people who already work in the sector and who do not have enough specific preparation (mainly apprentices), in order to accelerate their adaptation and learning process.

COURSE AGENDA AND OBJECTIVES.

In general terms, the aim is to provide the student with sufficient knowledge to be able to function correctly in this type of establishment, focusing interest on aspects such as correct customer service, frame advice, mastery of rates, correct handling of contact lenses. , knowledge of the different visual problems and correctly advise on maintenance solutions.
