How much to pay for materials

Study materials

This same question is asked by all students every time they start a new course: how much will they have to pay for all the materials, including books, what will they have to use during the following months? The truth is that it is a question that can give more of a headache, especially when the budget is tight. However, we are going to try to give you a hand in this regard.

First of all, you have to differentiate the course where you will be. It is not the same to pay for children's books as for a university student. And it is that the amount that we will have to pay can be very different, depending on the case. Obviously, materials for primary courses tend to cost quite little, compared to higher courses.

Let's do a little account. The parents of a child who is in second grade primary they might have to spend around 300 euros, just on books. To that we must add the notebooks, pencils, etc., which can be around 30 euros, depending on where we buy them and the quality they have. In total, 330 euros. Of course, during the course there will be more expenses, which will be between 30 and 100 euros, depending on the educational center.

Now let's look at a student academic. And we are going to think about the total that could be spent during a course: more than 3.000 euros. We are not lying, since to the price of the books, you also have to add tuition and other concepts, which greatly increase the amount of what they will have to pay.

Ultimately, depending on the type of student, we could end up having to pay a lot for the materials that will be used in class. It all depends on the course in which you are enrolled.
