Teamwork It can be quite complicated, but it must be recognized that it is one of the most efficient ways of doing things. Each person is delegated a job, focusing only on one task. In this way, not only is time saved, but everyone can contribute their idea of doing things, providing much more quality to the final result.
Doing so is very simple. Mainly, we will focus on this ability when what we are aiming for is large enough that it cannot be covered by a single person. But do not worry, because that does not mean that you are going to load your schedule. Quite the opposite. Ideally, first of all, we should check the magnitude of the task. Thus, we will be able to know what each one can acquire. That is, the size of the load.
Do not forget that each person can have more or less skills, which means that one can take care of more things than another. This should be defined at the beginning. After that, it would be a good idea to create a document with what each student will do. This will prevent items from being lost or left over.
