What you can find in the course ...
This course will allow through reflection and self-discovery by the participants the areas of their life that need to be developed, focusing on the investigation of the mental models and the limiting beliefs that each participant has in their life and that does not allow them advance your personal development. It will start with the theoretical bases that support the coaching from the systemic approach and its foundation in the biology of love, evolution and the general theory of systems, to then make a diagnosis of their own life through techniques such as the wheel of life, from there to develop and apply simple techniques that allow them break limiting beliefs and consider alternatives for personal development and growth.
Limiting beliefs, or also known as irrational beliefs (often named by the cognitive psychologist Rafael Santandreu), are nothing more than all that negative thought that we say to ourselves over and over again and that therefore prevents us from moving forward in our life.
The course is organized in the following modules:
- Module 0. Introduction to the Course.
- Module 1. The Wheel of Life.
- Module 2. Designing the Future.
- Module 3. Identifying the Saboteur.
- Module 4. Application techniques: Eliminating limiting beliefs.
- Module 5. Application techniques: Visualizing the future.
This course, although it is provided completely free of charge by the Miriada X platform, is made in the Ricardo Palma University, and is taught by the following teachers: Ricardo de la Cruz Gil, Oskárt Ramírez Guija and Edward Rubio Guerrero.
