From the Virtual School of Equality (Institute of Women), with the confinement of the FSE, they offer you a online training on equal opportunities between women and men, with an agile and flexible methodology, aimed at all interested people and with different levels of specialization.
The objectives of this school are:
- Sensitize men and women in the Equality value as an axis for social development.
- Promote that employment is an area where women and men develop professionally in same conditions capacity and opportunity.
- Support the potential of women and the attention to their social needs, for their full development in equality.
- Provide companies and other entities with tools that promote equal opportunities between women and men and the equilibrium between the personal, family and professional life of the entire staff.
- Provide members of the Security Forces and Bodies with a greater knowledge of those issues related to the integration of the gender perspective in their professional practice and structures.
- Provide professionals linked to the legal field with knowledge and methodologies to incorporate the gender perspective in the practical application of the regulations, in order to achieve real equality between women and men.
