As we have already said on occasion, this year the education law has changed. The Spanish government has decided to make some modifications in order to try to improve the classes taught in Spanish educational centers. Of course, this also involves changes in the scholarships that are awarded to students. Specifically, the way in which they are delivered is modified.
During the past calls, if they granted us a scholarship, they gave us a certain amount of money that we could spend on books, or that covered the cost that we had already paid. During 2014, instead of giving us money, the center will lend us its own creative writing which will be what the students will use during the following months. We say they will loan because, at the end of the course, they will have to be delivered in the same state in which they were delivered.
This means that we cannot shatter the same ones, and that we cannot write in them either, since they will be the same that the students of the following courses will use. In short, the materials are being used by different students until they are damaged or it is decided to change them.
As we have already said, these changes have been made due to the changes implemented by the new law of Education. Of course, there are other modifications that we will try to comment on later, although this should already be enough to give you an idea of what to expect during this year. Without a doubt, there are a lot of things that change with the new regulations.
