Studying sleepy

It is very common that, when we have little time to study, let's do it with dream. That is, the exams are next door, and we have no choice but to take advantage of the little time available to study all the content we can. Something that leads to a wide variety of errors, even preventing us from studying normally.

One of the mistakes that is usually made is to study with sleep. The body is tired, exhausted, and faced with the impossibility of having more time, we start to study at all costs. Something that, of course, is not recommended. In other posts we have commented that to study well it is necessary that we are rested. Here the same applies logic.

For our brain to assimilate correctly all the necessary content to pass the exams, it is almost essential that it is in good condition. This means, among other things, that you are rested and healthy. Otherwise, you will have to make more efforts to memorize all the concepts that we are reading, which will affect our performance.

Although we have talked about the brain, we can also extrapolate it to the body. If any part of our body is wrong, it is possible that the functioning of the brain is slightly modified. Again, it affects the performance. However, this concept already depends on many other points.

Ultimately, study sleepy is not a good idea. It can be studied, of course, but our performance will not be the same as if we do it completely lucid. The best, in any case, is to be rested.
