The fatigue

Tired

We speak again, although in more detail, of one of the things that usually happen when we study or we work. In these types of occasions we are making a physical or mental effort, which means that, little by little, we are getting tired. And there will come a point where we can't move on. What is the fatigue? And most importantly, how can we avoid it?

Colloquially speaking, fatigue is the feeling that we will experience when we have been working, studying or doing activities for a long time. The symptoms, so to speak, are very easy to identify: tiredness, dejection, problems concentrating or a headache, are just some of those that we could have.

Although it seems annoying, we must consider the beginning of fatigue as a alert to which we will have to listen, since its main function is to warn us that we must rest. If we don't, our performance will suffer.

The best ways to rest We already know them, mostly: sleeping, sitting down or having a refreshing drink. Of course, there are more ways, although these are the most recommended. When you rest, you must bear in mind that you could arrive at a non-recommended method, so the most advisable thing is that, to do so, you sleep a little.

Everything takes time, so you will have to rest for enough hours. No more, no less, since in any of the cases your productivity it could be affected. Not surprisingly, you can do several tests to know your performance.

In short, we have to consider fatigue as an alert that tells us that we should rest. And rest, at least in the studies, it will come in handy.
