Is there a "plug" in the oppositions?

Well, why lie. There is, there is, things must be said, but there are in the competitive examinations the same as in the jobs of private companies. If you know the cousin of the friend's uncle who works at company X and you want to go to work, what better way than to try to get that person you know to help you?

In addition, I know of several companies that, when you ask for the sheet to present your resume, one of the questions they ask you is: Do you know someone who works for us? If the answer is yes, please write the name and surname of that person / s. And I have seen that.

If we now focus on the oppositions, if you know, either directly or indirectly, someone from the court ... Wouldn't you try to get him to "pass his hand" with your exam? We would all do that because, let's face it, we all want a permanent and secure job for life, even if it is the most boring of all, so we would do something like that. But we are not saying that everyone has managed to pass the oppositions because they have a plug, be careful, that the "plug" is only given in a minority; the rest of the people who approved, approve and will approve do so with the sweat of their brow, that is, studying for hours, days, weeks and months to ensure that their future is not as black as the one they can have now.

As an opponent of the local administration, I am tired of reading that the action of the local administration must be transparent, objective and in the public interest. Therefore, I do not think (or should not be) compared with the private company.

Despite the fact that it is "normal" for people to help each other, the feeling of helplessness and helplessness that remains when you are tired of studying is "normal", you pass the different tests and see that there is nothing to do with the candidate "plugged in". that the court will always manage in his favor.

Anyway, I imagine that we can only keep trying until we "fall in favor" of someone influential, since entering studying and working hard is very, very and very difficult (I speak from my experiences).

Don't even try it in the European Union, you can pass but… .you will never be called to the square and your place will be occupied by one plugged in the list. The senior leaders of the PP and the PSOE know it as well as the MEPs of those same parties, but…. They do nothing, if anything, plug in their own. So our Constitution is passed through the…. All regrettable, I have already approved 3 times and I still don't have a job

It is true that in private companies there are also sockets ... But here we are talking about something else incomparable: public administration, where you fight for a permanent job for life; a body directly governed by the government, the government of which the president promises that all young people CAN CHOOSE THE SAME OPPORTUNITIES, and he has said it a lot of times on TV ...
What kind of "SAME OPPORTUNITIES" are being given to young people among us if I get a better grade in the opposition but the PLUGGED on duty enters to take my place ??? Please answer me !!! Or that the president of the government answers me!
This is outrageous; They are not the same opportunities at all ... They would be the same opportunities if we all had to work it out and the one who has done the best exam really enters, demonstrating greater knowledge and skills than the rest. But it doesn't work like that ...

It seems pathetic to me that with the money of all the taxpayers, they are putting the plugged in, that is worse than a dictatorship.
A private company is free to hire whoever it wants, for that it is private, it is totally independent of public money.
Today we are in front of a legalized mafia organization that is the state, which works for and for their families and plugged in, and since this mafia is legalized, citizens cannot do anything.
In Franco's time, you only had to support one, now there are a lot of freebies and plugged-ins to maintain and in the end this will take its toll on the people.
I am outraged how those who run the public organizations of the citizens laugh, if those who have to protect us and be at the service of the citizen, laugh at the citizens and become the main enemy of the rights of the people

Well of course there are plugged in, you just have to see the large number of children, nephews and cousins of politicians involved in public administration, also when there is an official of a certain height, "coincidentally" he has 3 or 4 relatives who are also civil servants ...
In the Canary Islands, which is where I live, if you have political contacts of a certain level with the Canary Islands Coalition or with the PSOE, your doors are open, meeting someone from a union can also help you.
Anyway, if there is a "plug", because between half and two thirds of the officials have entered in this way.
Then to ascend (internal proportion) the thing is even worse, without plug you will not ascend in life.

Let's be honest, if we could plug in our children, relatives, etc, wouldn't we? Gentlemen, we would ALL do it.

For this reason, to guarantee equality, merit and capacity, the examiners must be professional courts outside the position in question, coming from another province and unknown, the multiple choice, anonymous examinations identified with a number and without oral examinations that allow to recognize the postulant.

The conviction for exercising corruption in an opposition by a position as councilor, mayor or any official of the same must mean, loss of the official position and ten years in jail and twelve years of disqualification from public office. Do you see that it is simple?

The problem is that there is no political will in a corrupt country like this.

I have read a previous comment that I am amused, and that says something like that we would all plug in our "favorites" if we could. Let's see, here the question is NOT what we would all do or stop doing if we had the power to do it, but what is in the general interest, that is, WHAT IS CONVENIENT FOR THE MAJORITY at a given time. And given that there are plugs, a proven fact, THE GOOD IS TO FIGHT AGAINST THEM AND REPORT THEM, because the majority who do not have them then suffer the consequences and that is how things go. A COUNTRY IN WHICH SOMEONE WITH PLUGS IS PLACED BEFORE SOMEONE WHO IS TRULY PREPARED TO DO A JOB IS CONDEMNED TO DESTRUCTION OR TO LIVE IN MISERY AND LIES, JUST LIKE LIVING IN A DICTATORSHIP. MOST PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A PLUG SHOULD REACT TO THIS SITUATION AND FIGHT SO THAT IT DOES NOT OCCUR FOR THEIR OWN GOOD.

200% agree. Spain is rotten precisely because these plugs exist, people are so used to them that no one is scandalized. In the end everyone tries to find a plug and those who are left out, ahhh, too bad! We do not realize the profound damage they do, we condemn ourselves to misery.

  9.   ALFREDO said

Another thing that I would like to make clear just in case ... The problem of plug-ins can not only be attributed to a political party, it is everyone's problem: PP, PSOE, etc. They are all in the garlic. Hundreds of corruption cases are seen daily, before which their voters and supporters seem to be unaffected, because, as they themselves say: "Totally, it is normal that there is always corruption, it is irremediable ..." Be careful who says these words, because perhaps he is looking for precisely what he says, that corruption is something irremediable so that he is not also persecuted for being a mess!

I'm outraged, thinking that I was the biggest donkey in the world because I can't get a place studying an egg, and now I'm finding out about the shenanigans there are.
If I were to talk about what I saw and what they have told me, you would be scared, honestly I would go to the private company because I will never get more than what I have (I am acting), but there is no job for na.

Well I leave you, I'm going to join the PP, now I'm back ...

Do not try to enter the European Union as a European official, if you approve or they call you, you have to look for a political outlet, European officials, very worthy, categorically deny it.
