Let's do a little summary of what could happen. Let's imagine that during the weekend we go to bed late and get up late. This could cause us to sleep little on Monday and, therefore, not be able to concentrate on studies. In this way, our performance it will be limited.

The ideal, without a doubt, is to try to follow a little with the schedules that we have during the daily days. We can sleep a few moments more, but it is also recommended that we do not exaggerate too much, since sleeping a lot, as we have already said, could bring us some other inconvenience.

Of course, our recommendation is that you dedicate your weekends to rest. In addition, you can also use it for leisure and a bit of free time activities. Saturdays and Sundays will help you disconnect from classes and regain strength for the following week. We are sure that your health will thank you.
