A new is born pioneering educational innovation project by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, through which the positive effects on adults of musical training will be studied.
This is an innovative initiative and unique in Spain in which it is intended to know what are the effects and impact of musical training on certain adult competencies, such as social, learning, relational or work skills. In addition, a methodology designed for the profile of musical learning of this type of student.
For now it is a pilot project, although it is intended to expand if it is successful. It will be carried out in collaboration with the Jordi de Sant Jordi Adult Training School and the Mosén Frances Peñaroja Music Conservatory of Vall d´Uxó. If this initiative is successful and what is expected is achieved, it is intended to implement the project in other municipalities of the Valencian Community, and it is even possible that it will be implemented at the national level (thinking bigger).
